General Licensing Terms and Conditions
Use of photos licensed from Sacred Destinations Images is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- No photo displayed on the Sacred Destinations Images (SDI) website may be published anywhere else without licensing or explicit written permission.
- Licensed photos may only be used as specified on the request form and/or in written correspondence with SDI. Usage that exceeds the license will incur an additional charge. None of our licenses are royalty free.
- No photos displayed on SDI website may be used in any context that is defamatory, violent, pornographic or offensive to a reasonable person.
- The publisher of the image has the sole responsibility for obtaining any releases (e.g. model or property) or permissions that may be required for publication.
- The photographer retains full copyright to the photo under all licenses.
- No photo licensed from SDI may be redistributed or resold under any circumstances.
- For editorial uses, the photographer must be credited as shown beneath the photo on our photo preview page (e.g. "[Contributing Photographer]/Sacred Destinations Images"). A separate page of credits is acceptable.
- For editorial web use, the credit line must include an active link to http://www.sacreddestinationsimages.com.
- You may crop or edit any photo licensed from SDI before publication. The photographer retains the copyright to all derivate versions of the photo.
